Volunteer Management Audit The Volunteer Management Audit is a tool for analyzing the effectiveness of an organization’s approach to and procedures for involving volunteers. It is an assessment of the current status of the organization’s volunteer management effort. The Volunteer Management Audit is primarily designed for nonprofit or government agencies involving volunteers in the delivery of service to clients or the public. While the Audit can be a tool for agencies planning a new volunteer program, it is aimed at evaluating the present status of existing programs.
